International Television Competition and Festival performers "Eastern Bazaar" organized and carried out in order to strengthen international cultural relations and the development of relations between states in the direction of friendship and mutual understanding, promote the songs, which are introduced in the modern form of national traditions.

The aim of the competition - familiarity and promote the cultural traditions of east and west.

Participants
Each country is a participant of the Contest, and one star - a popular folk singer in the country and the ethno-pop song to represent the participant and participation in the gala concert. Duration of the songs presented on the competition, should not exceed 3 min.30 sec. Bidder is determined by each country on its own and at its discretion.

The organization of the Competition
The competition is held for 4 days and consists of three phases:
The first, second and third round (performance of folk songs in modern interpretations);
Semifinals and finals - broadcast live on television.
In the final competition and Gala - winners and guests participate Competition, the stars of the participating countries.

The jury is determined by the organizers.

The competition is open to performers of popular pop songs at the age of under 16 years of age.

Contestants in the organizing committee to provide a timely application, soundtrack (+ 1) format CD, four color photographs (size 13 x 18), a large state, and a table flag of the country or autonomy, which they will perform (the flag is not returned). Applications are on a special form, which can be downloaded from the homepage in English, Russian, Turkish and Ukrainian languages. The duration of the song must not exceed three and a half minutes. Each participant should prepare three songs:
A. The choice of the performer in the language of the country or autonomy, which he represents.
Two. Folk songs of their country or autonomy in handling variety.
Three. Folk songs of their country or autonomy in any treatment.

Duration should not exceed 3 minutes. It is desirable to present a national
Costume.
Each participant must pay an entrance fee 300 euros on arrival at the festival before the start of the competition. Accompanying persons - 200 euros per person.

Accommodation, three meals a day at the expense of the organizing committee. Obligatory confirmation of their participation before August 1, 2012.
